- Municipality of Barberino Tavarnelle. Vineyard altitude: between 300 and 370 m a.s.l.

- First ten days of October, harvested entirely by hand.
- Winemaking
- In cement tanks with medium-long macerations under controlled temperature.
- Aging
- 12 months in cement tanks and then in second-passage French oak barriques; a further 3 months in bottle.

- Tasting notes
- Intense ruby red in colour; the nose is dominated by ripe fruit, floral and spicy notes. Full-bodied, balanced and harmonious on the palate, rightly tannic and persistent on the finish.

- Perfect alongside braised dishes, game and stewed meats in general.
