Made from Canaiolo and Sangiovese grapes, in varying proportions depending on the vintage and the quality level of the grapes, it is a wine that was created in an attempt to meet the demands of a market that has brought rosé wines back into vogue, rightly rediscovered and elevated to products of excellence.

- Municipality of Barberino Tavarnelle. Altitude: between 308 and 350 m a.s.l.

- Late August - early September, hand-picked.

- Short macerations at controlled temperature. The subsequent low-temperature fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
- Aging
- In smaller 20 hl stainless steel wine vessels for 4 months; after bottling, 1 month in bottle.

- Tasting notes
- Cerasuolo pink in colour; the nose offers delicate floral notes and hints of small red fruits. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with good structure and present acidity; notes of strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate, with subtle floral hints reminiscent of dog rose. Light and pleasant on the finish.

- Great as an aperitif, with cheeses, cured meats and raw meats; it pairs with tomato-based fish first and main courses and with white meats, including grilled.
